She currently serves as the Quality Assurance Person (QAP) at High Ground, while also leading the organization’s Human Resources. In these roles, Brittany ensures the company maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance, operational integrity, and product quality, supporting High Ground’s commitment to excellence across its global cannabis platform. 

Genevieve Newton leads cultivation strategy and plant production, overseeing all stages from propagation through harvest to ensure consistent, high-quality cannabis. Recognized for her expertise in plant health, genetics, and controlled environment cultivation, she brings a disciplined and data-driven approach to large-scale production.

Genevieve is the recipient of Canada’s Top Grower Award (2023) and was named Top Female Grower at Hemp Fest (2021), recognizing her leadership and excellence within the cannabis cultivation community.

Jesse is an accomplished executive with deep experience across domestic and international cannabis markets. He is recognized for his ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives, build high-performing organizations, and scale complex cannabis operations.

Erica is a tenured professional in the cannabis industry. Leveraging her initial work in health and safety, she easily adapted to cannabis’ intricacies. Her experience and skills have allowed her to adapt easily to mastering the growth, procurement, and distribution of the cannabis business.  Erica currently serves as our Head of Security and oversees multiple departments including Processing & HSSE. 

Jordan is a results-oriented leader with over two decades of experience in manufacturing and construction, as well as chief positions of various companies. He brings a strategic mindset and proven track record of optimizing operations, driving business growth, and fostering collaborative work environments.

Randy has over 24 years of private capital markets experience. He has worked to raise capital through equity and debt financing options for startups and growth businesses in Canada and the US. Randy is also adept at working in investor relations as well.
