A highly accomplished Plant Geneticist with Ph.D. from McGill University, Shiva has a strong background in cannabis research and breeding, and he’s focused on producing new premium quality high yield strains.

 Brittany brings extensive experience in both the cannabis and logistics sectors, with a proven track record in building out licensed cannabis operations with experience in domestic and international cannabis . Currently, Brittany serves as  High Grounds AQAP as well as oversees the HR, QAQC and Procurement departments, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the organization. 

Jordan is a results-oriented leader with over two decades of experience in manufacturing and construction, as well as chief positions of various companies. He brings a strategic mindset and proven track record of optimizing operations, driving business growth, and fostering collaborative work environments.

Randy has over 24 years of private capital markets experience. He has worked to raise capital through equity and debt financing options for startups and growth businesses in Canada and the US. Randy is also adept at working in investor relations as well.

Erica is a tenured professional in the cannabis industry. Leveraging her initial work in health and safety, she easily adapted to cannabis’ intricacies. Her experience and skills have allowed her to adapt easily to mastering the growth, procurement, and distribution of the cannabis business.  Erica currently serves as our Head of Security and oversees multiple departments including Processing & HSSE.
